Orange Items are the second rarest to get after Red Items. They can be obtained from Carthage onwards.
There are two orange swords. These are the only orange items I have seen so far. Please add.
Sword of Blessing: offence +94. soldiers + 4 (when level 1) can be found in Carthage Legions.
Hatchet of Oath: offence + 104. soldiers + 4 (when level 1) can be found in Numidian Legions.
